Dinner Entrée

Portion Size:  3 oz. chicken and 2 T. sauce

2 lbs. meatless chicken 
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup vegan chicken broth
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup honey 
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt

1In a small saucepan combine, garlic, chicken broth, Balsamic vinegar, honey and cornstarch. In small sauce cook until thick
2Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray.  Heat oil in skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated throughCook until internal temperature of chicken reaches 145 degrees F.
3Spoon sauce over chicken and heat until chicken is well coated. Turn chicken over as need to coat with sauce.  Serve Warm.
