| ¼ cup vegan chicken broth | |
| 1 cup Balsamic vinegar | |
| ¼ cup honey | |

| ½ teaspoon salt |

| 2 | Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray. Heat oil in skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through | Cook until internal temperature of chicken reaches 145 degrees F. |
