2 Pounds imitation Ground beef crumbles | |
12 Oz. low fat Mozzarella cheese | For vegan: use vegan mozzarella cheese |
1 Large jar low sodium pizza sauce | (plant based ingredients only) |
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder | |
1 teaspoon Oregano |

1 | Spilt English muffing and toast English muffins. | |
2 | Combine ground beef and pizza sauce. | |
3 | Season with garlic powder and oregano. | |
4 | Put some of the meat mixture on top of each muffin. | |
5 | Top each with Mozzarella cheese. | |
6 | Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 F degrees for 15 seconds |
