English Muffin Pizzas (meatless)

Portion Size:  2 halves with toppings

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
8 whole wheat English muffins (contains yeast) Plant based ingredients only
2  Pounds imitation Ground beef crumbles
12 Oz. low fat Mozzarella cheese For vegan: use vegan mozzarella cheese
1 Large jar low sodium pizza sauce (plant based ingredients only) 
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 
1 teaspoon Oregano

1Spilt English muffing and toast English muffins.
2Combine ground beef and pizza sauce.
3Season with garlic powder and oregano.
4Put some of the meat mixture on top of each muffin.
5Top each with Mozzarella cheese.
6Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 F degrees for 15 seconds
