Lemon Pepper Chicken (meatless)

Ingredients Notes: 
2 ½ lbs. meatless  chicken pieces 
½ cup olive oil 
¼ cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon ground thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons paprika
½ teaspoon salt 
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1In a large sauce pan. Heat oil to medium high heats. 
2Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes. 
3Add remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 20- 25 minutes. Serve hot.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
