Spicy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients Notes: 
1 Large onion, Washed, peeled and chopped finely
4 eggs
8 oz. low fat shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic Minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 lb. spicy lean ground turkey sausage
1 1/4 lb. spicy ground lean Italian sausage

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2Mix sausage, ground turkey, eggs, cheese, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper in a large bowl; roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.
3Arrange meatballs onto baking sheets.
4Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 18 to 20 minutes.An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees.
