Turkey Rice Skillet

| 2 lbs. packages ground raw turkey | |
| 2 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes | |
| 3 Cups water | |
| 1 1/2 Cup brown rice | |
| 3 Tablespoon chili powder | |
| 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper | |
| 1 Cup nonfat milk | |
| 2 Tablespoons flour | |
| 1 Cup shredded low fat Monterey Jack cheese | Or low-fat cheddar cheese |

| 1 | In a large skillet cook ground turkey till brown. Drain well. Stir together milk and flour. | |
| 2 | Stir in tomatoes, water, chili powder, pepper, and rice. | |
| 3 | Bring rice to a boil in a separate pot; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 40 minutes or till rice is tender. | |
| 4 | Add to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add cheese and stir till melted. |
