Italian Sausage and Potato Hash

| 1lb. bag frozen O Brien potatoes. | |
| 2 cups low sodium chicken broth | |
| 2 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese | |
| 2 cups nonfat milk | |
| ¼ cup flour | |
| 1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, soften | |
| ½ cup BBQ sauce |

| 1 | In a pan, brown Italian sausage. Drain fat. Slice sausage | |
| 2 | In a large bowl combine, sausage, potatoes, Broth, 1 c. cheese, milk, flour and cream cheese. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F |
| 3 | Preheat oven to 350-degree F. In a baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add mixture to baking pan. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Top with 1 cup cheese. Drizzle with BBQ sauce |
