Italian Sausage Pasta Bake

| 2 pounds lean sweet Italian sausage (turkey) | Use bulk or links. |
| 4 cups marinara sauce | Washed, peeled and chopped fine |
| 2 cups low fat shredded mozzarella | |
| ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese | |
| 1 lb. pasta | May choose any shape |

| 1 | Prepare pasta according to the directions on the package. | |
| 2 | In a pan, brown Italian sausage. Drain fat. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F. |
| 3 | Add marinara sauce and stir. Add pasta and combine | |
| 4 | Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a baking pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Add pasta and meat to baking pan. Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F. |
