Pepperoni Bites

Ingredients Notes: 
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped low fat pepperoni
1 cup pizza sauce
1 lb. loaf frozen fresh bread dough, thawed
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
For gluten free (GF); Use GF pepperoni, GF pizza sauce and GF dough. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1For filling, in a bowl combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce.  
2Set aside.  
3Break dough into small 1 inch pieces.  
4Roll into ball.  
5Press flat.  .
6Place about 1 rounded tablespoon filling in the center of each circle.  
7Bring edges of dough together.  Pinch to seal. 
8Place, seam side down, on greased baking sheets.  
9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  
10Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till golden brown.  
11Serve warm.
