Stuffing Hamburger Casserole

| 2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef | |
| 4 cups stuffing mixture or croutons | |
| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | |
| 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning | |
| 1/2 cup diced onions | |
| 1/4 cup diced celery | |
| 2 cans low sodium mixed vegetable, drained | |
| 1 cup light sour cream | |
| 2 cups low salt beef broth | |
| 1 cup fat free evaporated milk | |
| 2 cups reduce fat cheddar cheese |

| 1 | Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. | |
| 2 | Place hamburger in bottom of a baking pan. | |
| 3 | Spread croutons evenly over hamburger. | |
| 4 | Layer on the vegetables. | |
| 5 | Mix evaporated milk, broth, sour cream salt, poultry seasoning, onions, and celery. | |
| 6 | Pour over vegetable layer. | |
| 7 | Cover with cheese. | |
