Spinach Fennel Orange Salad

1 small bulb fennel | Washed, trimmed and sliced thin |

3 tablespoons orange juice | |
¼ teaspoon ground cumin | |
½ teaspoon onion powder | |
¼ teaspoon salt | |
1 teaspoon honey |
