Avocado Soup

| 3 Avocado | Washed, peeled, seeds removed and chopped |
| 1 large Cucumbers | Washed, peeled, seeds removed and chopped |
| 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt | |
| 1 cup light sour cream | |
| ½ cup fresh cilantro (reserve some for garnish) | Washed, trimmed and finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice | |
| 1 teaspoon lime zest | |
| ¼ teaspoon ground cumin | |
| ¼ teaspoon salt | |
| ¼ cup slice radishes (garnish) | (optional)Washed, trimmed and sliced |

| 1 | Combine, cucumbers, avocados, yogurt, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, cumin, mint, cilantro and salt in large a large bowl. Puree in a food processor or blender in batches. | |
