Miso Soup

| 3 tablespoons miso paste | |
| 8 oz. packages silken tofu, diced | Drained and cut up |
| 1 tablespoon green onions | Washed, trimmed and sliced |

| 1 | In a large soup kettle combine dashi granules and water. Bring to a boil. | |
| 2 | Reduce heat to medium. Whisk in the miso paste. Stir in tofu. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F. |
