Strawberry Coconut Soup (chilled dessert)

16 oz. Strawberries (fresh or frozen) | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
2 cups vanilla yogurt | |
1 cup light sour cream | |
½ cup orange juice | |
½ teaspoon lemon juice | |
½ cup coconut milk | |
2 teaspoons cinnamon | |
1 tablespoon vanilla | |
¼ cup mint (garnish) | (optional)Washed, trimmed and chopped |
½ teaspoon orange zest (garnish) | (optional) |

1 | Combine in large a large bowl strawberries, yogurt, sour cream, orange juice, lemon juice, coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Puree in a food processor or blender in processor. | |
2 | Chill for all least 2 hours. | |
3 | Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with mint and orange zest. |
