Cilantro Avocado Sauce

1 avocado | Washed, peeled and pitted |
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt | |
¼ cup lemon juice | |
2 Tablespoons olive oil | |
1 lime, juiced | |
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
1 tablespoon water | or as needed |
1/2 teaspoon salt | |
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper |
