Harissa Yogurt Sauce (good for beef, lamb or chicken)

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 oz. non-fat plain Greek yogurt (carton)
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Harissa sauce or chili sauceHarissa is a hot Tunisian chili sauce.
¼ teaspoon salt 
This is a gluten free recipe. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free. (double check sauces)
