Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
1 large ripe avocadoWashed, peeled, and seed removed. 
1 teaspoon salt
3 lemons juiced
1 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons CilantroWashed, trimmed and chopped
¼ c. olive oil
¼ t. pepper
For gluten free (GF): no changes. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.
