Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza

Portion Size: 1 Slice (1/8 pizza)

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread doughThawed
1 small jar pizza sauce
8 oz. pepperoni slices 
4 cups shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
For gluten free (GF): Use GF bread dough, GF pizza sauce and GF pepperoni  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-inch circle
2Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
3Spread sauce over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge
4Top with cheese.
5Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted
