Dill Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields:  1 1/4 cup

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 
2 lemons juicedWashed and juiced
3 tablespoons red onionWashed, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon pepper

1Place all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.
