Pork Chop with Honey Orange Glaze
Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

| 8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick | Trim all visible fat |
| 1 teaspoon orange zest | Wash and zest |
| 1 cup orange juice | |
| ½ cup pineapple juice | |
| ¼ cup lite soy sauce | |
| 2 Tablespoons honey | |
| ¼ teaspoon pepper | |
| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | |
| 2 Tablespoons cornstarch |

| 1 | In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Brown chops and season with salt and pepper. | |
| 2 | Cook chops on both sides, turning once. Cook only for about 8-9 minutes total. | Cook to 145°F for 15 seconds. |
| 3 | In a small bowl, orange zest, orange juice, pineapple juice, pepper, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder and cornstarch. Whisk thoroughly. | |
