Pork Chop with Lemon Sauce
Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

¼ cup lemon juice | |
¼ cup catsup | |
½ cup brown sugar | |
1 teaspoon onion powder | |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |

1 | Pre oven to 350°F | |
2 | Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. | |
3 | In a small bowl, lemon juice, catsup and brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder. | |
4 | Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. | |
5 | Remove from oven. Turn over pork chops and spread on remaining sauce. Continue baking about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145° F for 15 seconds. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 °F for 15 seconds. Discard unused mixture |
