| 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar | |
| 1 teaspoon garlic salt | |
| 1/2 teaspoon chili powder | |
| 1 teaspoon paprika | |
| 1/2 teaspoon oregano | |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon all spice | |
| 1/4 teaspoon black pepper | |
| 1/2 cup apricot preserves |

| 1 | Preheat broiler. | Trim all visible fat. |
| 2 | In a small bowl combine brown sugar, garlic, salt, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cinnamon, all spice, and pepper. Rub spice mixture on chops. | |
