Cranberry Sauced Turkey Steaks

Portion Size: 4 oz. (3 oz. turkey with 1 oz. sauce)

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
8 turkey breast tenderloin steaksAbout 2 lbs.
1 cup cranberry orange sauceMay use canned cranberry sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons corn starch
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

1In a bowl stir together margarine and soy sauce. 
2Rinse turkey; pat dry. Place turkey on the unheated rack of a broiler pan; brush with soy sauce mixture. 
3Broil for 4 to 6 minutes more or till turkey is tender and no longer pink. Turkey needs to reach 165 degrees.
4For the sauce, in a small saucepan stir together cranberry orange sauce, orange juice, corn starch, and cinnamon. .
Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Spoon sauce over turkey steaks. Serves 8.
