Broiled Fish Parmesan

Portion Size: 4 oz.

2 ½ pounds fish filletsMay use any white boneless fish (cod, halibut, perch, sole, trout etc.)
2 cups light mayonnaise
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons grated onion
¼ teaspoon Tabasco hot pepper sauce (optional)

1Place fillet in a shallow baking tray . Broil for 5 minutes or less.
2Combine mayonnaise, cheese, onion, and Tabasco; mix well. Spread mixture on fish. Return to broiler.
3Broil until topping is brown, bubbly, and fish flakes easily with a fork . Serve hot.Cook until internal temperature reaches 145° F for 15 seconds.
