Italian Sausage and Potato Hash

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 pounds lean sweet Italian sausage (turkey)Use bulk or links.
1lb. bag frozen O Brien potatoes.
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups nonfat milk
¼ cup flour
1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, soften
½ cup BBQ sauce

1In a pan, brown Italian sausage.  Drain fat. Slice sausage
2In a large bowl combine, sausage, potatoes, Broth, 1 c. cheese, milk, flour and cream cheese.
Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F
3Preheat oven to 350-degree F. In a baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add mixture to baking pan. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Top with 1 cup cheese.  Drizzle with BBQ sauce
