Italian Chicken Pasta Stir Fry

16 Ounce linguine, cooked
1 Medium zucchini, sliced
1 Medium onion, sliced
3 Medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/4 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Large garlic cloves, pressed
1 Teaspoon dried basil
1Teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
In a large skillet sauté chicken until lightly browned. Remove chicken and slice into strips. Cook pasta according to directions. Keep warm. In the same large skillet, sauté zucchini, onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir fry 2 to 3 minutes, until crisp tender. Add basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir fry for 15 seconds. Add chicken and heat. Remove from heat and toss with pasta and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
