Italian Chicken

8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 Teaspoon oil
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 Large jar of thick spaghetti sauce
8 Slices mozzarella cheese
Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the chicken and add Italian seasoning. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for one hour. Just before serving, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on each piece of chicken. Allow it to melt. Spoon sauce on top of cheese. Serves 8.
