Meat and Pasta Bake

2 Cups, uncooked pasta
2 Pounds lean ground beef
1 Cup chopped onion
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton light sour cream
1/2 Cup nonfat milk
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon thyme
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degree oven.
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
Drain; set aside.
In a large skillet cook meat and onion till meat is brown.
Drain fat.
Stir in soup, cheese, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce and thyme.
Stir in vegetables and pasta.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Bake covered, in a 375 degree for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes more or till reaches internal temperature 165 degree F. Serves 8.
