Mexican Seven Layer Dip

1 Large can fat free refried beans
1 Large bottle chunky taco sauce
1 Cup  mashed avocado
1 Cup chopped tomatoes (optional)
1 Pint light sour cream
8 Ounce lowfat Cheddar and Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup Sliced black olives on top
1/4 Cup chopped green onion (including greens)
Layer ingredients in order of recipe. Serve with tortilla chips. (use baked chips)
