Mexican Seven Layer Dip

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 large can fat free refried beans 
1 large bottle chunky taco sauce
1 large avocado, peeled and mashedWashed, peeled, seed removed and mashed
1 cup chopped tomatoes (optional)Washed, trimmed and diced
1 pint light sour cream 
8 ounce low fat cheddar and Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup sliced black olives 
1/4 cup chopped green onion (including greens)Washed, trimmed and chopped
For gluten free (GF); Use GF refried beans, GF taco sauce and serve with GF tortilla chips.
Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

Directions:

In a serving dish, layer ingredients in order listed. Serve with Tortilla chips.
