Kale Chips

| 2 lbs. fresh kale, | Washed, trimmed and stems removed |
| 1/4 t. salt | |
| 2 T. olive oil |

| 1 | Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. | |
| 2 | Tear kale into small pieces. (about the size of a quarter). | Tip to remove stem: hold thick stem end of leave in one hand and grip leave in other hand. Tear leafy end in downward motion away from the stem end. |
| 3 | In a large bowl, add kale and drizzle with olive oil. | |
| 4 | Gently massage oil onto the kale leaves. Sprinkle on salt. | |
| 5 | Arrange in single layer on baking sheet. | |
| 6 | Bake until crispy. About 15 minutes. Serve. |
