Hummus

Portion Size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients Notes: 
1 (15 oz.) can no added salt garbanzo beans Drained and rinsed.
1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
For gluten free (GF); Use GF tahini. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Blend garbanzo beans, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and tahini in a food processor.  If necessary add extra water until the smooth consistency is achieved
2Mix until well blended.  Refrigerate. 

Time Temperature Sensitive foodFood safety Standards: Do not mix old product with new.  Cool leftover product quickly (within 4 hours) to below 41° F.
