Hot Artichoke Dip

| 1/2 cup light mayonnaise | |
| 2 8 oz. packages light cream cheese | |
| 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese | |
| 1 (12oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts | Drained and chopped |
| 1 (6oz.) bag Fresh baby spinach | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| Assorted crackers |

| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish. | |
| 2 | Wash Spinach and chop into pieces. Blend together the cheese, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Stir in the artichokes and spinach. Mix well, and transfer to the prepared baking dish. | |
| 3 | Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Serve warm with crackers. |
