Mexican Seven Layer Dip

| 1 large can fat free refried beans | |
| 1 large bottle chunky taco sauce | |
| 1 large avocado, peeled and mashed | Washed, peeled, seed removed and mashed |
| 1 cup chopped tomatoes (optional) | Washed, trimmed and diced |
| 1 pint light sour cream | |
| 8 ounce low fat cheddar and Jack cheese, shredded | |
| 1/4 cup sliced black olives | |
| 1/4 cup chopped green onion (including greens) | Washed, trimmed and chopped |

Directions:
In a serving dish, layer ingredients in order listed. Serve with Tortilla chips.
