Asian Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields:  ~ 1  cup

Ingredients Notes: 
½ cup sugar
¾ cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root or 1 t. ground ginger
¼  cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil 
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise 
For gluten free (GF): Use GF soy sauce. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
2Serve immediately or refrigerate.
