Hot Dogs with Chili

Portion Size: 1 Hot Dog with bun

8 Hot dogs
8 Hot dog buns 
1 Can (20 ounce) prepared chili without bean 
½ Cup shredded Cheddar cheese 
¼ Cup thinly sliced green onion , white onion OR red onionOptional

1Cover hot dogs with water in saucepan
2Bring to a boil
3Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutesCook until temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
4In a separate sauce pan, heat chili until warmCook until temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
5Place well drained hot dog in a hot dog bun
6Top with chili, cheese, and onions.
