8 Hot dogs
8 Hot dog buns 
Catsup, mustard, relish, onionsoptional

1Cover hot dogs with water in saucepan
2Bring to a boil
3Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutesCook until temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
4Place well drained hot dog in a hot dog bun
5Top with catsup, mustard, relish and onions as desired.
