Beef Pizza

1 pound lean ground beef | |
½ teaspoon garlic powder | |
1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed | |
1 small jars low salt pizza sauce | |
2 cups shredded low fat mozzarella cheese | |
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese |

1 | In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F for 15 seconds. |
2 | Add garlic powder. | |
3 | On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-in. circle. | |
4 | Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 12-in. pizza pan. | |
5 | Spread sauce over crust to within 1/2 in. of edge. | |
6 | Top with beef mixture. | |
7 | Top with cheese. | |
8 | Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. |
