½ cup olive oil | |
¾ cup light soy sauce | |
Seasonings to taste: salt, pepper, rosemary, sherry, or garlic powder | (optional) |

1 | Preheat oven to 350 F degrees | |
2 | Place roast in a shallow baking dish. Pour soy sauce and oil over the tenderloin. | |
3 | Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then turn the roast over, and continue cooking 35 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally until the internal temperature of the roast is reached. Let meat rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Slice thinly across the grain to serve | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 F degrees for 15 seconds |
