Beef Tips and Noodles

Portion Size: ½ cup beef tips and ½ cup noodles

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
16 oz. package of whole grain noodles
2 1/2 lb. sirloin tips, cubed Trim all visible fat
1 can evaporated fat free milk 
2 tablespoons all purpose flour 
1 onion, chopped Wash, peel and chop
2 gloves garlic, mincedWash, peel and mince
1 (8oz) package fresh sliced mushroomsWash, trim and slice
2 cups reduced sodium beef broth 
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
For gluten free (GF): Use GF beef broth, GF flour and GF noodles. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2In a baking inch pan, combine the milk, beef broth, garlic, mushrooms, flour and onion.
3Mix thoroughly with beef tips. 
4Bake covered in oven for 1 1/2 hours.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F degrees for 15 seconds
5Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.
6Serve beef tips and sauce over noodles
