Blueberry Sauce Alternate: Blackberry Sauce, Raspberry Sauce, Mango Sauce, Cherry Sauce or Peach Sauce

| 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries | * or other fresh or frozen fruit: Apricots, Blackberries, Raspberries, Mangos, Cherries or Peaches |
| ¼ cup water | |
| 1 cup orange juice | |
| ¾ cup sugar | Add the zest of 1 lemon too (optional) |
| ¼ cup cold water | |
| 3 tablespoons cornstarch |

| 1 | In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine blueberries (or other fruit), ¼ cup of water, orange juice and sugar. Stir gently and bring to boil. | |
| 2 | In a cup or small bowl. Mix together the cornstarch and ¼ cup cold water. Gently stir the cornstarch into the fruit. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes | |
| 3 | Remove from heat. | |
