Bok Choy Salad

| 3 tablespoons soy sauce | |
| 4 bunches baby bok choy | Wash, trimmed and finely sliced. |
| 1 bunch green onions | Wash, trimmed and chopped. |
| 1/4 cup slivered unsalted almonds, toasted |
