Brewed Tea or Iced Tea

| 4 Teaspoons loose tea or 4 tea bags | |
| 8 Cups boiling water | |
| Creamer or sugar as desired |

| 1 | If using loose tea, measure tea into a tea ball. Add tea ball to pot. | |
| 2 | Immediately add 8 cups boiling water to teapot. | |
| 3 | Cover; let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. | |
| 4 | Remove tea ball or tea bags. Serve tea at once. | |
| 5 | For Iced tea: prepare as above except use 5 teaspoons loose tea or 5 tea bags. | |
| 6 | After mixture steeps, let cool at room temperature for about 2 hours. | |
| 7 | Serve over ice. Store in refrigerator. |
