Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
2 cups fresh cauliflower flowerets | Wash, trimmed and chopped |
6 green onions | Washed, trimmed and thinly sliced (including greens) |
¾ cup sliced radishes | Washed, trimmed and sliced very thin |
½ cup carrots | Washed, peeled, trimmed and thinly sliced |
1 cup light mayonnaise | |
Juice of 1 lemon | |
2 tablespoon sugar | |
½ teaspoon salt | |
¼ teaspoon pepper | |
6 slices bacon | Crisp cooked, drained and crumbled (optional) |

1 | In a large bowl layer cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, radishes and carrots; set aside. | |
2 | In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. | |

4 | Cover and chill. Serve cold. |
