Broccoli Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cups fresh broccoli floweretsWashed, trimmed and chopped
6 green onions (including greens)Washed, trimmed  and chopped
1 large tomatoes (1 cup)Washed, trimmed  and cut tomato in bite size pieces
1/4 cup light sour cream 
1/4 cup light mayonnaise 
Juice of 1/2 lemon

1Mix broccoli and onion.  
2Cut tomato in bite size pieces and add to broccoli and onion.  Add lemon juice and salt to taste.  
3Mix sour cream and mayonnaise.  Add to mixture.  
4Chill. Serve cold.
