Broccoli Sesame Salad

| ¼ cup rice vinegar | |
| 2 tablespoons light soy sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil | |
| 2 tablespoons honey | |
| 4 cups broccoli florets | Washed, trimmed and cut up |
| 1 tablespoon sesame seeds | |
| Salt and pepper to taste |

| 1 | Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil and honey in large bowl until blended. | |
| 2 | Season to taste with salt and pepper. | |
| 3 | Steam broccoli florets until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Cool. | |
| 4 | Stir sesame seeds in heavy large skillet over medium heat until golden, about 5 minutes. | |
| 5 | Transfer to small bowl; cool. Mix broccoli and half of sesame seeds into dressing. Chill. | |
| 6 | Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. |
