Broccoli Salad

| 3 cups fresh broccoli flowerets | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| 6 green onions (including greens) | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| 1 large tomatoes (1 cup) | Washed, trimmed and cut tomato in bite size pieces |
| 1/4 cup light sour cream | |
| 1/4 cup light mayonnaise | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon |

| 1 | Mix broccoli and onion. | |
| 2 | Cut tomato in bite size pieces and add to broccoli and onion. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. | |
