Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients: Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup olive oil

Directions:For gluten free (GF): Use GF all purpose flour. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Preheat oven to 475 °F.
2Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non stick cooking spray.
3Whisk dry ingredients together.
4Stir in buttermilk and oil just until combined.Do not over stir. About 12 strokes.
5Divide into 12 equal scoops.
6Bake until golden brown 12 to 14 minutes, rotating baking sheet halfway through baking.
