Cabbage Salad in White Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients Notes: 
6 cups shredded cabbage(about 1 head) Washed, trimmed and shredded.
1 cup shredded carrot(about 2 medium) Washed, peeled and shredded.
1/2 cup  green bell pepper(about 1 medium) Washed, trimmed and chopped.
1/2 cup chopped red onionWashed, peeled and diced.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
2Combine sugar and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
3Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture, tossing gently to combine. Cover; chill.
