Celery and Apple Salad with Creamy Lemon Dressing

3 tablespoons plain yogurt | |
2 tablespoons sugar | |
2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon peel | |
Salad: | |
2 large Granny Smith apples(2 cups) | Wash and cut into 8 wedges, then cut crosswise into bite-size pieces |
2 large Gala apples(2 cups) | Wash and cut into 8 wedges, then cut crosswise into bite-size pieces |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice | |
3 cups stalks celery | Wash and remove leaves from celery; Cut celery stalks diagonally into 1/4- to 1/2-inch slices to measure 4 cups. |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts | Toasted |

1 | In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until blended. | |
2 | Refrigerate until serving time. | |
3 | Place apples in large bowl. | |
4 | Sprinkle with lemon juice; toss until coated. | |

6 | Cut celery stalks diagonally into 1/4- to 1/2-inch slices to measure 2 cups. Add to bowl with apples. | |
7 | Refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, toss apples and celery. Add dressing; toss until coated. | |
